On January 22, 2025, the team at ValidSoftware SRL proudly participated in the seminar „Young Entrepreneurs Meet Successful Entrepreneurs in Vrancea,” organized by M. Kogălniceanu Economic College in Focșani. This event brought together students, teachers, and social partners for an engaging discussion on entrepreneurship, community involvement, and future opportunities.
An Open Dialogue on Entrepreneurship and Volunteering
Representing ValidSoftware SRL, engineer Valentin Dima and his team shared the company’s success story, starting in 2012 as a sole proprietorship (PFA) and transitioning to an SRL in 2022. The presentation covered key topics such as:
- Challenges and lessons in entrepreneurship: From managing initial clients to expanding services and strengthening market position.
- Community involvement: Projects like IT mentoring, reconditioning and donating computers through Buncărul IT and Asociația Etic.
- The connection between entrepreneurship and volunteering: How business resources can support impactful social and educational initiatives.
The Role of Volunteers
The event also highlighted the perspectives of young volunteers from Buncărul IT, showcasing their contributions to the community:
- Alexandru Micu, Eugen Zdrincu, and Daniel Lupu shared their experiences working on IT projects and the personal growth achieved through volunteering.
- Dragoș Dima and Andreea Feldes, the youngest members of the team, discussed lessons learned from creating a weekly show focused on Vrancea’s cultural and educational events.
Encouraging the Next Generation
During the seminar, our message to the students was clear: Entrepreneurship and volunteering go hand in hand. They not only help develop valuable skills but also contribute to the betterment of the community. We encouraged students to explore both paths, follow their passions, and actively participate in initiatives that drive positive change.
